If you’re visiting this office for the first time, especially for a root canal treatment, you can feel completely at ease. From the moment you walk in, the team makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Eduardo Cruz is highly specialized in endodontics, and it truly shows in the way he explains the procedure and performs the treatment with precision and care. He takes the time to answer questions and makes sure you feel confident and relaxed throughout the entire process. The staff is equally impressive, the front desk is friendly and organized, and the dental assistant is attentive and supportive, helping create a calm and professional environment. What could be a stressful experience turns into a smooth and reassuring visit. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal, especially if it’s your first time.

I had an exceptional experience at Pompano Beach Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how professional, modern, and impeccably clean the office is. The staff is truly outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Eduardo A. Cruz is on another level—extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and it shows in every aspect of his care. Knowing he has training from Harvard University gave me even more confidence, but what stood out most was how comfortable he made me feel throughout the entire process. This was honestly the first time I’ve ever felt completely relaxed in a dental office. They even played my music of choice during the procedure, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. My root canal required two visits due to a significant infection, but the results were incredible. By the very next day after the first treatment, the pain and symptoms were essentially gone. The level of precision, care, and follow-up exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for top-tier endodontic care with a compassionate and highly professional team, this is the place. I would recommend them without hesitation.

What a great experience! Dr. Cruz and his staff took my root canal experience to another level. The office is beautiful, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel very comfortable. From the beginning, Cristina at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. In the back, Dr. Cruz and his assistant Aline were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even let me pick my favorite music for the procedure. A 10/10 experience 😄

I had a very great experience at Dr.Cruz's office. The office is very clean, and welcoming. I had a major infection which requires 2 root canals, which I have never had so I was very nervous like most people when going. But from the moment I arrived I felt very comfortable. Dr.Cruz was very detailed in explaining what I needed done and walked me through every step of my procedure. He and his staff did not make me feel rushed or annoyed with my nervousness and questions. He is very professional and makes sure you are okay throughout the whole procedure which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dr.Cruz and his staff they are very kind, welcoming, and professional.
